We provide our legal services on the basis of a written fee agreement, in which we specify the fee structure (fixed fee for particular work or stages, hourly/daily fee, success fee) and any retainer requirements, high watermark, etc).

In order to be able to find the appropriate fee structure and total cost estimate, we first need to review  some initial information which you provide to us. This will usually be done on the basis of a fixed fee.
